4 oz. Tomato juice
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Fresh cracked black pepper
1 tbsp. Mickelberry Gardens Fire Cider
1.5 oz. Vodka
1 celery sticks
garlic-stuffed olives
assorted pickled veggies
Instructions:
Combine tomato juice, lemon juice, pepper, fire cider and optional vodka and stir well.
Fill a glass with ice and pour tomato juice combination over the ice.
Garnish the glass with a celery stick, and a toothpick filled with olives and pickled yums.
Enjoy right away!

These simple cooked greens are delicious, nutritious, and so satisfying.
Recipe Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale, chard, or collard greens
1 tbsp. olive oil
pinch of salt
fresh cracked pepper
1 tbsp. Mickelberry Gardens Fire Cider

Remove ribs from the greens. Chop leaves into small pieces.
Heat oil in a saucepan and add greens, salt, pepper, and Fire Cider.
Put a lid on the pan and allow greens to steam for a few minutes.
Remove lid and stir.
Cook a bit longer as needed.
Remove from heat and serve.
