We love honey and we do our best to source the most delicious and high-quality honey possible from local beekeepers we trust. We independently test our honey to ensure quality and purity. Our honey is always raw, single-source, and never micro-filtered. Since our honey comes from a handful of Pacific Northwest beekeepers, we often have several varietals from different locations for sale.
Our honey by the gallon is shipped in a food-grade HDPE plastic tub with a plastic lid. Gallons picked up locally are available in glass jars.

1 gallon glass jar
1 gallon food-grade HDPE plastic tub

Current Honey Varietals:
Honey captures a moment in time - when it's harvested, it has the imprint of the year's weather patterns and what was blooming in the area where the bees were gathering nectar. Flavors and textures of honey can vary dramatically from year to year, which is part of what makes honey special. Once a varietal from a particular year is gone, it's gone forever.
Beavercreek Clover
This is one of the best clover honeys we've ever had! Made from the nectar or clover flowers, it is mild, light, and smooth - making it a versatile choice for sweetening tea, baking, or drizzling. From hives kept near Oregon City, in the charming hamlet of Beavercreek, Oregon.
Cascade Foothills Blackberry
Blackberry honey is a Pacific Northwest classic — blackberries are one of the most important nectar crops for honeybees in our region!
This honey is from hives kept in various locations around the Willamette Valley, near the Santiam River in Oregon.
Walla Walla Star Thistle
Light, delicious, and unique, with a bold flavor profile. Light amber color grade, from hives kept in Walla Walla, WA.

Bee well,
Mickelberry Gardens
I find this honey helps with both my sweet tooth and my allergies. It's nutritious and delicious and has many benefits. I can't get to a store to pick up a glass gallon, and so have it shipped in a plastic bucket and transfer it to glass upon arrival. The hard part is deciding which honey to choose? I'd like a gallon of each! This is also a good way to share a few jars of my collection of excess jars filled with marvelous honey with friends as gifts throughout the year. I certainly recommend this quality honey, from any pollen source you choose.
Dear Horselover3999,
Thank you for your review! We're so glad you appreciate our wonderful honey.
Warm regards,

We recently purchased a gallon of honey from Mickelberry Gardens and quickly returned for 3 more. They have several different flavor profiles and the taste and quality is the best I’ve ever found, especially in bulk. I also love that I can buy it in glass and during the summer months they have a spot at the PSU farmers market so I won’t have to drive across town. Highly recommend!!
